Trolling

Trolling is a time tested fishing technique where a fisherman trails a fishing line with bait or jig behind a vessel in hopes of getting a fish to bite the lure.

There are many variables when it comes to trolling. The number of rods, jig or bait, type of jig or bait, spread pattern, speed, depth, and other things are a number of the variables involved.

I personally have limited experience trolling. Most of what I know was picked up through websites or talking to other fisherman. Many of those websites are on this page.
